TAIPEI -- Nan Ya Printed Circuit Board Group anticipates a Q4 sales decline. Analysts estimate a dip of 10%.

Nan Ya reported the demand for printed circuit boards and wire-bonded substrates has declined. These segments account for 40% to 50% of the company’s sales.

Shipments of flip-chip substrates remains relatively strong driven by Intel's 45nm products. Flip-chip substrates account for  45% to 55% of the company’s sales.
 
Nan Ya has a planned total capacity expansion of flip-chip substrates at its Shulin plant of 15 million units annually that will be installed in 5 million unit segments to increase the company's capacity to grow in this market segment.
