TENGZHOU, CHINA - Wanda Electronics has announced that it is planning to invest $80 million in a new PCB plant in Tengzhou.

The first stage of the project, which will reportedly cost $30 million, started construction in January and is planned for completion in December of this year.

The second stage of the project is planned for 2010.
The plant will reportedly focus on manufacturing rigid PCBs and flex circuits, and may merge with Huayang Electronics for possible listing on the Hong Kong or A Share stock exchanges in mainland China.
