MILWAUKEE – Sierra Circuits will close its plant here in March and eliminate 37 jobs, according to the company's filing with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development.
Sierra Electrotek, which was acquired by Sierra Circuits in July of 2022, serves the military, medical, industrial, aerospace and microelectronics industries out of its 58,000 sq. ft. facility. Employees were notified of the closing on Jan. 8, and their terminations are effective on March 8, according to the notice. Positions being eliminated include engineers, managers, customer service staff and plating operators.
