MILAN, ITALY -- Green Arrow Capital has sold Somacis Graphic Group to Chequers Capital, the company announced.

Financial terms were not disclosed, but Somacis expects business as usual at its operations.

Somacis was founded in 1972 and is one of Europe's larger fabricators of printed circuit boards (PCBs). It is headquartered in Castelfidardo, Italy, and operates plants in Manfredonia, Italy; Dongguan City, Guangdong, China; and Poway, CA.

Somacis said on its website it will "collaborate with Chequers Capital to continue our path of growth and expansion on international markets. The group has reassured that there will be no change of staff and there will be investments for growth."

"In the year in which Somacis turns 50, we are still focused on technological growth and the quality of our products, constantly investing in all the departments of our plants.

"The growth that the Somacis Group has seen over the years is synonymous with the determination and passion that employees put in place every day. We never tire of looking forward to the future, ready for the challenges that will arise."
