PHOENIX – NCAB Group signed an agreement today to acquire 100% of the shares in RedBoard Circuits.

RedBoard Circuits has five employees, and 2021 revenue is estimated to reach approximately $5 million. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to NCABs earnings per share in 2021.

No financial terms of the agreement were disclosed.
