LOS ANGELES -- Additive Circuits Technologies has concluded a corporate reorganization and incorporated assets acquired from the bankrupt EarthOne Circuit Technologies, better known as eSurface Technologies.
EarthOne developed and marketed eSurface, a process for manufacturing printed circuit boards and other electronic components.
In a statement, ACT said it is now supporting the former customer of ECT, and expanding production capacity in both the US and the EU. ACT will maintain the eSurface brand in addition to products and services under the Additive Circuits Technologies brand.
EarthOne filed bankruptcy in California court last June citing assets of $4.87 million and liabilities to unsecured creditors of $7.77 million.
ACT is an LA-based manufacturer of metalization products for printed circuit boards and radio frequency (RF) features. Its CEO and president, Stephen Spoonamore, was also president of eSurface from March to June 2017.
