LISLE, IL --Molex announced today the acquisition of certain assets of Triton Manufacturing, a maker of flexible power cable assemblies and custom bus bars used in current and heat transfer applications, including power transfer devices for computers, industrial electrical power distribution, transportation, aerospace and telecommunications.
Terms were not disclosed.
Triton was founded in 1967 and is headquartered in Monee, IL.
