Viking Test Expands in UK, India

BOIRDON, HANTS, ENGLAND -- Viking Test has moved its headquarters to a new 15,000 sq. ft. facility here.

The new site accommodates both current workload and future expansion plans, the PCB equipment distributor said.

The new factory address is Unit 15, Bordon Trading Estate, Old Station Way, Bordon, Hants, UK GU35 9HH.

Viking also has ramped sales in India, winning what it called a "major" contract for supply and service of equipment. The firm has opened a sales and service office in Mysuru, India, and named Veena Bopanna manager and Amith Vijayanand sales and service engineer.

"Having an office in India is an important step of our business vision to provide value added support locally. Our comprehensive turnkey solutions support best-in-class PCB manufacturing facility in the emerging Indian market," said Jake Kelly, managing director, Viking Test UK.
