SAN JOSE -- Power Design Services said first-quarter revenue was up 15% compared to the same period in 2014.
The maker of quickturn prototype PCBs is privately held and did not release actual revenue figures.
In a press release, vice president of sales Tuan Tran said, "With the complexity of a new design and the urgent quickturn requirement, it is a great feeling knowing that customers trust you to deliver. If we continue to execute, 2015 will be another great and exciting year."
The continued growth is leading PDS to invest in additional infrastructure, starting with beta testing a new automated optical inspection machine this month. Additional hires are also anticipated, PDS said.
