GENEVA -- CERN has released its complete KiCad component library under an open source license, making more than 17,000 electronic component symbols and footprints available to PCB designers worldwide.

PEACHTREE CITY, GA – May 6, 2026 – Attendance for the PCB East 2026 conference and exhibition rose nearly 48% year-over-year, the Printed Circuit Engineering Association (PCEA) announced today. Attendance among the technical conference was up 38%, while overall registration grew 42% from a year ago.
