HUIZHOU, CHINA -- Victory Giant Technology reported strong first-quarter growth as rising AI infrastructure demand boosted sales of its advanced printed circuit boards used in servers and high-performance computing systems.
First quarter revenue increased 28% year over year to 5.52 billion yuan ($808 million), while net profit rose 40% to 1.29 billion yuan, according to the company’s latest quarterly results. Operating cash flow climbed to 2.12 billion yuan from 424 million yuan a year earlier.
The PCB manufacturer has benefited from growing demand for AI servers, networking equipment, and high-performance computing infrastructure requiring high-density interconnect and multilayer PCB technologies. The company said AI and high-performance computing products accounted for more than 40% of sales last year.
Victory Giant is also expanding manufacturing outside China, with new facilities under development in Vietnam and Thailand as part of a broader geographic diversification strategy.
