FOREST GROVE, OR -- Speaking at an investor conference Tuesday, Mentor Graphics said fourth-quarter revenue would be in line with previous company guidance.

Mentor made the remarks during the Needham Growth Conference. The EDA company also disclosed the remarks in an SEC filing.

At the conference, Mentor said it would see earnings per share of $0.50, in line with consensus analyst estimates. The company, which develops software for semiconductor and printed circuit board design, said January quarter revenue would be $316 million, also in-line with company guidance issued in November and consensus estimates.
