ANAHEIM, CADDi Corp. today reported second-quarter net sales of $66.2 million, down a slight 0.4% sequentially, and down 3.2% from the second quarter of 2010.

 

Net income was $5 million, flat sequentially, and down nearly 17% year-over-year.

Net income included $600,000 of severance charges associated with its Toronto site.

“While we previously announced the completion of the integration of our Toronto manufacturing facilities, we have now also completed the integration of our personnel, which included streamlining and reducing headcount at that facility,” said Mikel Williams, president and CEO of DDi.

As of June 30, DDi had total cash and cash equivalents of $25.6 million and total debt of $10.7 million.

The company provides electronic interconnect design, engineering and manufacturing services.
