PITTSBURGH – Ansys reported fourth-quarter 2010 net income increased 23.9% year-over-year to $60.6 million.
Fourth quarter revenue was $166.6 million, up 11% year-over-year.
Fiscal year 2010 net income increased 21% compared to 2009 to $198.1 million. Full-year revenue was $580.2 million, up 11% compared to 2009.
The company currently expects first-quarter 2011 revenue in the range of $151 million to $157 million.
Ansys forecasts 2011 revenue in the range of $640 million to $660 million.
Ansys provides simulation software for printed circuit boards and electronics systems.
