Zuken Names European Distributor

MUNICH – Zuken has appointed ZD MechaTronics as distributor of its CADStar suite in Italy, Spain and Portugal.

No financial terms were disclosed. Gorgonzola, Italy-based ZD MechaTronics is a sales and service organization with a background in electronics software.

"We have identified a market in Italy and Spain for small/medium sized companies that have advanced design needs with PCB designers that work alone or in small groups. CADStar meets their requirements by providing excellent functionality that is scalable and is available at a price that these companies can readily afford," ZD said in a statement.
