SYDNEY -- Altium today reported fiscal 2022 revenue rose 23% year-over-year to $220.8 million.

Net income was up 57% to $55.5 million.

EBITDA rose 33% to $79.8 million, and EBITDA margin was up 240 basis points to 36.7%.

Altium's printed circuit board ECAD revenue rose 12% to $169.3 million. Octopart's revenue jumped 85% to $50 million.

Altium counted 24,700 monthly active users of its Altium 365 platform, up from 19,700 in February.

Altium guided for fiscal 2023 revenue of $255 illion to $265 million, representing growth of 15 to 20%. It expects its engineering cloud platform business to grow 20 to 20% to $60 million to $65 million. 

CEO Aram Mirkazemi also reiterated the company's goal to reach $500 million in revenue.
