Lockheed Martin to Hire 200 Workers in Upstate NY

SYRACUSE, NY -- Lockheed Martin will hire up to 200 workers for its electronics plants in upstate New York.

About half the open positions are at Lockheed's campus at Electronics Park in Salina, where the company employs 1,600.

The decision to add staff is a reversal from a few years ago, when Lockheed Martin was considering closing the site.

Among the jobs listings are positions for hardware, power, radar systems, RF and software engineers.
