CheckSum Unveils V12 Measurement Card for ICT

Published: 03 November 2014

CheckSum V12 Measurement Card controls and runs in-circuit and functional testing systems. Performs power-off ICTs using test voltages as low as 50mV. Can test ICs and other sensitive devices without accidentally powering them up. Reportedly decreases test times and increases throughput for ICT and FT measurements. Uses digital signal processing.
