RO4460 prepreg coupled with RO4360 laminate is said to feature a dielectric constant of 6.15 ±0.15 and dielectric loss of 0.003 at 2.5 GHz.

Is a ceramic-filled thermoset material reinforced by glass fibers for mechanical stability. For use with RO4360 laminate in amplifiers, antennae and other high-frequency circuits where space is at a premium. RO4360 and RO4460 laminate system has a CTE of 30 ppm/°C in the z-axis, thermal conductivity of 0.8 W/m-K, a Tg of 280°C, and can be used with epoxy-based materials. Is RoHS-compliant.
