Caig Laboratories announces the launch of DeoxIT Wipes, a line of environmentally safe contact cleaners and connector treatments. The product is pre-saturated and individually packaged in quantities of 25, 50 or 1,000 bulk, and is reportedly solvent and VOC free, and RoHS compliant.

The product will reportedly dissolve oxidation and sulfides, lubricate connections and protect electrical conductivity, and increase current flow of of metal connectors and contacts. Additionally, the company claims that the product is safe for plastic parts, with resistance high enough to prevent short circuiting.

It is recommended for use in a wide range of electronic applications, and is available in sprays, pens, needle dispensers, squeeze tubes and wipes.
