Key features include: ±30V protection on all pins, ensuring reliability in testing environments; 20 dedicated ground pins for improved testing speed in noisy environments; fully configurable pin-out, for flexible assignment of JTAG TAPs and general-purpose I/O across the two connectors; and compatibility with all parts of the XJTAG suite and is supported by XJTAG version 4.2 and later. Is designed for both prototyping and production.
