TE Connectivity’s Sliver Card Edge Connectors Now SFF-TA-1002 Compliant

Sliver card edge connectors are now SFF-TA-1002 compliant.

Are protocol-agnostic, multi-lane connectors useful for designers who want to support high speeds and density of next-generation silicon. Power connectors enable high power to riser cards and hardware accelerators. Minimize need for cables to power riser cards, increasing airflow through enclosure and enabling ease of design. SFF-TA-1002 pinout supports EDSFF, PCIe, OCP NIC and other standards. Features consolidate fragmented technology pinouts and speeds, enabling ease of design-in, as well as multi-sourcing. Support high speeds through PCIe Gen 5, with a roadmap to 112G. Have 0.6mm pitch.
