Kathy has worked in the industry for a number of years in job functions including Engineering Manager for a multilayer PCB manufacturer, Technical Marketing Manager for a specialty laminate and chemical supplier, Global Business Development Director for a supplier to the connector industry and Editor for Printed Circuit Design and Fab magazine. She currently heads the quality systems and engineering groups for NCAB Group, a supply chain management company with 14 offices located in Europe, Asia and USA. She is Six Sigma Black Belt Certified, Certified IPC-A-600 Trainer and Certified IPC-6012
Trainer.
Andy has been in the industry for years as a PCB Designer for multilayer, HDI, rigid-flex, and RF PCB manufacturers. He migrated to the Engineering and Pre-Production side to enhance his knowledge of the PCB manufacturing process. After many years working at DDI Corp, Viasystems, and TTM, he now applies his knowledge as a Field Application Engineer at NCAB Group in continuation to strengthen and to uphold the company’s quality first initiative, strong relationship, and full responsibility for all current and future customers.
