MINNEAPOLISPrinted Circuits has expanded its PCB manufacturing facility, adding new equipment and increasing innerlayer capacity.

The company has installed and qualified new conveyorized wet processing equipment from Chemcut, including a chemical clean line, cupric chloride etcher and resist stripper. Each line is equipped with Chemcut’s thin material transport system. The additional lines will enable higher volume production, Printed Circuits said.

Printed Circuits manufactures multilayer flex and rigid-flex printed circuit boards.

ESPOO, FINLAND -- An Aspocomp Group subsidiary has purchased the Teuva, Finland, business operations of PCB fabricator Cibo-Print Oy in exchange for stock and cash considerations. It marks the second time Aspocomp has owned the printed circuit board fabrication company.
