SAN JOSE -- Flextronics' Components business is once again on the wrong side of breakeven, and the company is relying on layoffs and plant closures to narrow the gap.

SAN JOSE – Flextronics reported net sales of $7.5 billion, down 4% year-over-year and 7% sequentially for its fiscal third quarter ended Dec. 31.

ZURICH -- Cicor will close its PCB production site in Unterägeri and transfer manufacturing to its Boudry headquarters by the end of February, the company said.

WUHAN, CHINA -- Meiko received an approval to reopen its printed circuit board fabrication factory here yesterday, following a nearly three-month shutdown.
