ENDICOTT, NY -- Endicott Interconnect Technologies has promoted Rajinder Rai to chief technology officer, replacing Voya Markovich, who retired.

GARBSEN, GERMANY – LPKF Laser & Electronics has named Christian Bieniek, Ph.D., chief operating officer, responsible for management, control and organization of operating processes and operating activities.

Bieniek has experience in logistics, production technology and operations with MAN, where he was head of operations.

The assignment takes effect Dec. 1.
