Buildup Board Type Applications Revealed in New Charts

TOKYO -- Matt Aoki, former president of Toshiba Chemical, has updated a pair of charts showing the applications of various types of high-end printed circuit boards.

 

One chart displays the types of buildup PCBs and their applications, while the other looks at thin boards.

Aoki spent more than 30 years at Toshiba, then later held management roles at UL Japan, Nokia and the Japan Printed Circuit Association. He is now in charge of environmental programs at JETPA, the trade group.
