SUZHOU -- The Chemitalic printed circuit board plant located here has been sold, according to reports.
A group of private investors has acquired the factory and employees, which will continue to operate under the Chemitalic name.
Horsens, Denmark-based Chemitalic had acquired the site in 2009 from GPV Group as part of a management buyout, with the intend to form partnerships with other suppliers, but reportedly ran out of money to upgrade it.
Chemitalic's managing partners Palle Morthorst and Henrik Jensen will continue to operate the company's 14,000 sq. m. PCB factory in Horsens.
