WESTPORT, CT -- The parent company of printed circuit board maker Advanced Circuits reported its net loss widened to $700,000 for its second quarter ended June 30.

Compass Diversified Holdings lost $200,000 in the year ago quarter. The current results were impacted by a non-cash expense of $2.6 million.

Revenues grew 40.6% to $404.3 million, and cash flow was up more than 90% to $14.8 million.

The second-quarter included results from the acquisition of Circuit Express on March 11.
