TARNOWSKIE GORY, POLAND -- Alba PCB Group has acquired fellow printed circuit board fabricator WM Eltar, based here outside of Krakow.

Terms were not disclosed.

WM Eltar specializes in the production of single- and double-sided PCBs, aluminium and flex PCBs. Alba produces PCBs and offers R&D and engineering in Italy and China.
