MOSCOW, ID – Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is opening a new printed circuit board facility here, where contractors are currently installing mechanical and electrical systems.

The company has received the first shipment of manufacturing equipment – including automated optical inspection – to be used in the automated factory.

The move in and setup of the manufacturing operation will begin in July, and the process is expected to take approximately six months.

Production of printed circuit boards is scheduled to begin in January 2023.
