BREA, CA – Additive Circuits Technologies appointed David Torp CEO, effective July 1.
“David’s expertise in technology realization, strategic planning and operational excellence will make him an incredible asset to the company,” said Dennis Brown, ACT’s CFO. “His proven leadership skills and industry knowledge will serve ACT/Winonics well as the Brea facility transitions into becoming a leading provider of advanced technology printed circuit boards.”
Torp is a chemical engineer, specializing in the electronics manufacturing industry. He was a project engineer at Underwriters Laboratories, before moving to Rockwell Collins. Torp went on to hold engineering and management positions at Litton Industries, Northrop Grumman, and Kester-ITW. More recently, he served six years as the site director of EMD Electronics and seven years as VP of Standards and Technology at IPC.
