BURNABY, BC – PCB manufacturer Enigma Interconnect is under new ownership effective May 1.

Under new independent owner operators, Zeljko Grubic, president, and Peter Zhao, CTO, the newly named Enigma Interconnect Corp. will continue to serve the industrial electronic manufacturing global community.

The new owners bring more than 30 years of combined operational and process experience.

“Our vision for Enigma Interconnect is to make targeted investment in new equipment and improved process, while expanding our team and enriching their training,” said Grubic.

“We plan on growing Enigma Interconnect with a technology roadmap that will exceed customer expectations in quality, on-time delivery and innovation,” said Zhao.

The company has more than 40 employees in a 35,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility here, with a sales office located in Ottawa.

No financial terms were disclosed.
