GREVENMACHER, LUXEMBOURG – The board of directors of Exceet Group is considering selling GS Swiss PCB, its printed circuit board fabrication unit.

In 2020, the Swiss manufacturer of rigid and flex circuit boards for the medical technology and aerospace sectors generated revenues of €36 million and operating profit of €9.5 million.

A decision about whether and when the sale will take place has not been made yet.
