XIAMEN, CHINA -- Compass Technology will relocate its headquarters here, according to published reports.

Plans call for Compass to invest RMB730 ($106 million) in a new plant in the Xiamen Haicang Information Technology Industrial Park. The new plant's capacity will be three million flex circuit boards per month.

The Hong Kong-based flex circuit PCB manufacturer has a JV with Xiamen Semiconductor Investment Group, which is planning to fully acquire Compass as its subsidiary. It has annual revenues of about $30 million.
