HUIZHOU, CHINA -- Nan Ya Plastics will invest tens of millions of dollars in a new copper-clad laminate and glass-fiber factory here.

The company says it will spend more than $40 million in construction and machinery for the new plant. The site will be capable of producing 113.2 million sheets of copper foil and more than 100 million meters of glass fiber cloth each year.
