HYDERABAD, INDIA -- MosChip will build a printed circuit board fabrication plant here to serve the US and related defense and medical companies.

The company will invest a reported $6 million om the factory, which is scheduled to come online by next June. The location is not yet final, but the company expects it will be close to a local airport.

MosChip's CEO said the plant will be capable of building boards up to 30 layers.

MosChip has six plants in India, three in Hyderabad, two in Pune and one in Bengaluru.
