PLACIENTA, CA -- A pair of Orange County printed circuit board fabricators will be joining forces as Cartel Electronics has agreed to acquire Cirtech Inc.

After the deal closes, Cirtech will continue to operate at its 30,000 sq. ft. facility as division of Cartel. Cirtech president and CEO Brad Reese will remain in the same capacity, and all Cirtech employees will be retained.

Cirtech was founded in 1965 and company builds flex, rigid-flex and rigid PCBs out of two buildings in Orange, CA.

Cartel CEO and president Bruce McMaster said, "We are pleased to add Brad and his staff to our team. The addition of Cirtech will allow us to provide Mil-Certified and flex/rigid flex capabilities to our customers which will complement our existing high-tech quick-turn PCB engineering and manufacturing service offerings.”
