X3000 LDI system reportedly can handle the largest panels for dry-film patterning and solder mask imaging in PCB production.

Handles large panel formats up to 110" x 48"; can simultaneously image multiple smaller PCBs in a single run, for example 12 standard 24" x 18" boards. Can be loaded and unloaded from front- and backside. Supports roll-to-roll for handling flexible boards, with the largest PCB manufactured so far measuring 25m. Now uses integrated auto-calibration system. Improves registration quality with linear and nonlinear transformations, which are automatically applied in response to any distortion detected. Is well-suited to applications such as chemical milling and industrial etching. Configurations are available with 2, 3 or 4 laser heads, providing a capacity of up to 24 UV lasers. A high-res option provides adjustable laser spot size for HDI production, handling dams and spaces down to 2mil/50μm. Uses high-energy UV diode-lasers that achieve lifetimes of over 25,000 hr. Can be equipped with Luvir technology, which uses combination of UV and IR lasers to reduce UV power consumption.
