Heraeus Enhances Condura DCB Substrates

Condura has new features for direct copper bonding (DCB) substrates to extend the lifetime of power electronics modules.

Small, etched recesses are said to permanently increase durability. Come in patent-free shapes and layouts that can be individually adapted to specific requirements.
