These improvements include real-time, bi-directional views of layout and schematic, full customization via the new PCB 123™ Software Development Kit, dynamic bill of materials (BOM) generated and updated as the user designs, 3D design ‘fly through’ viewing and increased fabrication options and services. The combination of PCB123 - 3.0 and the Sunstone ECOsystem, give designers access to a fully coordinated PCB design through fabrication, manufacturing service.

DFM Center PCB manufacturing design and verification software is said to address any board fabrication requirement, including flexible, rigid and package board production. Performs CAD data import, acceptance checking, data cleanup, panelization and documentation. Supports various manufacturing data designs, provides CAM data output and includes both full CAD and CAM editing functions that can follow automatically. Compatible with CR-5000 PCB design suite data format. Makes available an approach for accepting CAM data in Gerber formats. Automatically generates data like punching, blanking, or stiffener tacking.

 

The K4000 PCB singulator depanelizes skip-routed PCB panels up to 24" long. Includes right and left blade guards, height-adjustable front and back support and take-up table. Available with optional light beam safety curtain across the front of the blades and a conveyor belt. An IR sensor on the end of the conveyor will stop the belt. Scrap pieces pass underneath the sensor beam into a discard bin. Tooling to help align panels is also available. Blades are tool steel and can be resharpened several times.
