MILWAUKEE, WI – EMS firm Milwaukee Electronics is merging with a San Diego-based electronics design service bureau, the firms announced today.

Milwaukee Electronics, which has assembly plants in Wisconsin and Oregon, will acquire San Diego PCB for an undisclosed sum. San Diego PCB founder Mike Creeden will join Milwaukee Electronics as a vice president.
