CA – Stablcor Inc.,provider of carbon composite laminates, announced the licensing of its material
to TTM Technologies Inc.No financial terms were disclosed.
Huntington Beach, Calif. – Airtech International Inc., a manufacturing of release films and related lamination assist materials for the worldwide PCB / FPC industry as well as materials for composite manufacturers in the aircraft / aerospace, marine, wind energy and general composites markets, announced the expansion of their USA facilities with the addition of a 140,000 sq. ft (13,000 sq. m.) distribution facility located in Chino, California. The expansion doubles Airtech’s plant facilities in California. This new warehousing and shipping facility has been added to improve efficiency and delivery schedules for Airtech’s customers around the globe. The new building that opened on September 10th, 2007 is now fully operational.
SLOUGH, England and DENVER, Colo. - Two leading companies in the European printed circuits board (PCB) industry, Sun Chemical Circuits and MacDermid, have joined forces in a move that will bring significant benefits to new and existing customers in the UK.
MacDermid, the leading supplier of speciality chemicals for PCB fabrication, will be selling soldermask inks, legend inks and ancillary products from Sun Chemical Circuits to the PCB industry. This will provide an opportunity for both companies to open new business opportunities.
The distributor partnership enables both companies to improve further their service and product support through extra resourcing. The agreement is not exclusive to either Sun Chemical or MacDermid, which will retain individual links with existing clients.
EDINA, MN – Abstracts for SMTAI 2008 are being solicited in the following categories: emerging technologies, components, assembly, PCB technology and business.
Abstracts are due Jan. 7 and will be accepted as of March 3. Final papers are due June 1.
Papers should describe significant results from experiments, emphasize new techniques, and contain technical, economic or appropriate test data. Material should be original, unpublished and noncommercial in nature.
