STAMFORD, CT -- Gartner today lowered its outlook for worldwide semiconductor revenue, saying the market would grow 2.2% year-over-year in 2015.

SAN JOSE – Printed circuit board and multichip module design software sales rose 1.1% from a year ago in the first quarter. Revenue reached $161.5 million for the March period, says the EDA Consortium, which tracks the data.

BANNOCKBURN, IL – May North American printed circuit board orders increased 10.4% year-over-year, says IPC, with year-to-date orders up 1.3%. Sequentially, orders increased 0.9%.
