ROGERS, CT -- Rogers today reported fourth-quarter revenues of $78 million, down less than 1% from last year. The net profit was $7.1 million, up from $3.9 million a year ago.

WATERLOOVILLE, HAMPSHIRE, ENGLAND – Polar Instruments promoted Martyn Gaudion to chief executive, replacing Martyn Mann, who has been named chairman.            

Outgoing chairman Doug Campbell has been named founding director.

Gaudion has held a variety of senior roles at Polar during the past 20 years, including sales and marketing director for the past 10.
