LARGO, FL – To better serve its customer base and to keep up with current Internet changes, the Bare Board Group (BBG) has revamped its Web site. “We felt the old look of the site didn’t reflect the changing face of the Web, nor the steps forward that BBG has made in the past few years,” explains Tobey Marsicovetere, marketing director.
 
Included on the improved Web site are an on-line RFQ form, a current list of trade shows the company will be attending and tips covering numerous aspects of the PCB industry.

EL SEGUNDO, CA and TOKYO – AWR has entered into a partnership with Rohde & Schwarz Japan K.K., the Japanese subsidiary of Rohde & Schwarz. The partnership will take effect December 1, 2008.
 
Under the agreement, AWR high-frequency design software and Rohde & Schwarz test and measurement equipment will join to provide solutions ranging from component characterization to sub-system and system verification. AWR will maintain its primary direct sales channel in Japan, as well as post-sales customer support. Utilizing its sales and support organizations, Rohde & Schwarz will offer AWR products bundled with its test and measurement equipment.
 
The partnership will expand the scope of hardware/software platforms available in Japan. Customers will be able to design and test RF and microwave circuits efficiently and quickly.
