BANNOCKBURN, IL -- Dennis (Denny) Fritz will be inducted into the IPC Raymond E. Pritchard Hall of Fame next week, becoming the 29th man inducted.
Fritz has been involved in IPC for more than 30 years, primarily with MacDermid. He has chaired several committees and task groups on printed circuit board materials and embedded devices, and won the IPC President's Award in 1997. He has been an outspoken advocate of using better science against legislative efforts banning leaded solder.
Fritz will officially be inducted at a ceremony next week at the IPC Apex Expo trade show.
