SINGAPORE -- Shanaya Environmental Services has completed its previously announced acquisition of printed circuit board manufacturer CPH for S$22 million ($16.13 million).
Shanaya acquired the publicly traded but closely held CPH for S$3 million in cash and 3.17 billion in new ordinary shares, which were assigned to the three primary owners of CPH.
Shanaya plans to sell certain assets of CPH to help pay for the reverse takeover, and it's unclear whether the PCB unit is among them.
