ELK GROVE, IL – Insulectro has acquired the assets of Beck’s Light Gauge Aluminum Co. for an undisclosed sum.

Prior to the acquisition, Beck’s provided solid aluminum sheets used in the manufacture of PCBs.

“The addition of Beck’s is an important acquisition,” said Insulectro president and CEO Patrick Redfern. “It provides our customers with a steady, reliable source of aluminum for the foreseeable future. Beck’s unique capability to degrease, tool, and sheet inline will allow us to source more American aluminum mills that don’t degrease today.”

Led by Gred Beck and his team, Beck’s operation will be consolidated into Insulectro’s Bloomingdale, IL, manufacturing facility.

Beck’s existing channel partners will continue to support the product line.
