TORONTO – Firan Technology Group named Melinda Diebel vice president and CFO, replacing the retiring Joseph Ricci.

Diebel was most recently CFO and VP, finance at Automodular.

Her predecessor, Ricci, is retiring after 14 years with the PCB company. He will remain with FTG in an advisory role during the new CFO’s transition during the next several months.

"I have worked with Joe for more than 30 years. He has been a great partner, trusted advisor and lifelong friend," said Brad Bourne, president and CEO, FTG. "The Board and leadership team is grateful for his innumerable contributions to the corporation and his distinguished tenure as CFO."
